Hello! Happy leap-year day! This just means I get an extra day to upload what I’ve been loving this past month; February Faves — 2020! So lets jump right in and get going — I’ve got a great mix of makeup and fashion for you this month!
First up lets talk makeup and skin care. lately I’ve been loving Charlotte Tillbury’s Pillow Talk lipstick. It’s matte but not drying and it comes in the prettiest nude shades. Something for every skin tone. She’s been expanding this line as well and I cant wait to give more of it a try (the palette & the eye liner!)

Next up, Covergirl Advance Radiance Pressed Powder. Oh so good! I had been putting of purchasing this because, well, its just a pressed powder but I stopped at CVS the other day and saw it and just decided it was time to give it a go. I had heard such great things about it — and I’m so glad I picked it up. It’s perfect for under the eye (because it doesn’t make you look cakey) and for touching up throughout the day. SO good.

and finally for the make up section: Collab Beauty Mascara. I really love this mascara — and everything about it from the wand to the texture to the result of the product. I’ve been using the “love your curves” one and it really plumps up my lashes and makes them look vavavoom! Can’t get enough and at $12 you can’t beat the price. Buy it at Sally beauty supply though — not on Amazon. 🙂

Now on to Skin care: I’ve been using this combo for a while now: the Kate Somerville Kx Active concentrates peptide serum and the La Mer Moisturizing Cream. Now neither of these are cheap products but I have to say I am enjoying the results I’m seeing in my skin. The Peptides really help even out my skin tone and smooth fine lines and the La Mer (holy $$$) is soooooo moisturizing. A little dab will do ya, but I notice an instant plumping of my skin after I use it. If you live in a dry climate or have dry skin — this one is definitely worth the splurge!

So lets get into some fashion items from my February faves — 2020. Up first: this Mippo Workout tank available from Amazon — so good! I love the tie up feature and the soft fabric. I wear it when I am doing HIIT workouts, riding my peloton, or yoga. so versatile and inexpensive. It reminds me of the tie-up tanks from lululemon, but wayyyyyy more than half the price off.

I’ve also been loving on some handbags and cross body bags lately. The Senreve Belt bag in the style Aria has absolutely stolen my heart. Its so easy to use and virtually indestructible. its small but still has plenty of room for the essentials. It comes as a belt bag, but you can wear it cross body, as a clutch or purchase a chain and wear it as a shoulder bag. At $375 its not a cheap bag by any means, but it is a less expensive opition if you are looking to get into the world of luxury goods.

Now this last option is not cheap, but it is gorgeous. I recently purchased the Felicie Pochette cross body bag from Louis Vuitton in the Damier Azur Canvas and I am in love. It is so beautiful, I can’t believe I didn’t own anything in the Damier before this. It might be my new favorite fabric from LV! While it is expensive, it does come with two removable wallets (a zip and a card holder) that can be transferred and used in other bags so I really feel like it’s got multiple applications. I absolutely love that I splurged on it.

So that’s it for my February faves — 2020! I hope you enjoyed this round up and I’ll see you next time!
XO
Danielle
