Hello! Happy Friday eve! Do you have anything fun planned this Mother’s Day weekend? I’m heading to Atlanta to visit some family, but that’s about it. I’m looking forward to relaxing and spending time with family — and looking forward to a plate of spaghetti and meatballs!
Speaking of Mother’s Day, maybe you’re trying to think of something nice to get mom or better yet MAKE her on her special day and if that’s the case look no further! This spaghetti and meatball dish is simple to put together and an even better way to say I love you to mom. I mean, who doesn’t love pasta?!

So let’s talk about meat. These meatballs are an all beef meatball and are baked rather than pan-fried. These means their more like a meatloaf than a meatball in the final dish. Juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside, they won’t grease up your sauce and Cook evenly in the oven.
Now, of course you can use whatever meat you like in these meatballs and scale the recipe to fit your needs. While this recipe makes 12, you can always double the recipe to feed a larger crowd.

And of course, pasta is optional! Serve them straight up or in a sauce as an appetizer or a main dish and they’re just as good. But. Pasta. Because carbs.
Once the meatballs are in the oven, the sauce and pasta is easy to whip up! Just make your favorite red sauce recipe and serve it up with the meatballs.

I hope you’re having a great evening and are looking forward to making mom feel special this weekend! I know moms can be hard to buy for, but saying I love you can be as simple as going out of your way and making her a nice dinner of spaghetti and meatballs! Don’t forget the wine!
See ya tomorrow for another round of Friyay faves!
Xo,
Danielle
