Happy Friyay! It’s time for another round of Friyay Faves! I have a lot to talk about this week so let’s get right into what I e been loving this past week!
Tatcha Silk Canvas Protective Primer
I purchased this primer from Sephora during the recent Rouge 15% off sale (FYI: the second Beauty insider sale is going on now! Save some coin!) and I can’t tell you how poreless this primer makes my skin look! I love how smooth it makes my skin feel as well. My foundation just sinks into it and does not move all day long. What else can you ask from a primer???
While the Tatcha brand is a bit pricey (retail: ) You don’t need a lot, maybe a pea size amount for your whole face, so this primer will easily last you at least 6 months or more. Get it while the sale is going on at Sephora and try it out!
Starbucks Passion Tango Tea Lemonade
Um, so I’m obsessed with this Starbucks drink. Well, I guess I should confess, re-obsessed. I used to always order this beverage but I stopped for a while, but now I’m back at it!
I usually order a Venti with 3 (instead of 7) pumps of sugar. It has just the right amount of tang and sweetness. Obsessed!
Becca Hydra-Mist Set & Refresh Powder
Ya’ll. This cooling powder is just so cool! haha — see what I did there? No, but seriously. It almost feels like you’re putting water on your face (weird I know) but then is just smooth’s and evens out your skin. Ugh. I love it. It’s just such a perfect finisher to your makeup.
Dulce de Leche
Ok, so after I had these amazing dulce de leche filled cookies in Miami, I’ve been thinking non stop about eating it again! Dulce De Leche is basically just sweetened cooked milk, but it’s just so glorious, especially homemade. I’ve tested out a recipe and gotten pretty close…stay tuned tomorrow for it!
Peach and pink Colors
HI! Is it summer yet? No? Well I’m still here for it and peachy pinks have me wishing it was beach weather. After coming back from Miami I just want to go beach it up every weekend! These colors are super on trend and I feel like go with every skin tone imaginable. They look good on everyone!
Chloe Nile Bracelet Handbag
So, if you guys read my Miami trip recap post, you know I took the plunge and bought this handbag while I was shopping in Miami. and I have to say, I absolutely love it! It’s so versatile yet small and manageable. You can dress it up or dress it down — it goes with anything! 10 out of 10 highly recommend.
This Pink and Green Tourmaline Ring
ugggggg. Why can’t I just have all the money? haha! I am in love with this beautiful two-toned ring. I just can’t. Maybe in a few months….maybe. Anyone else into rough-hewn eclectic pieces? If so, you should definitely check out Audry Rose. So many cute things!
Wet hairbrush
Ok, so I bought this after hearing that it wouldn’t rip the hair out of your head after showering. Anyone else have this problem? It’s like no matter how much conditioner I use, it’s still painful to brush my hair when it’s wet! But this brush is a life changer! It really does just glide through my hair, detangling and smoothing it as I brush it wet. I love it! It’s definitely a summer must!
Tone it Up Nutrition Book
So, as I’ve mentioned above, I can’t wait for it to be summer, but heyyyyy summer body — where did you go? I have been following the Tone it Up girls for a few years now and I love their enthusiasm for fitness, healthy living and just having fun! So, I purchased their nutrition book with the hopes of not only using the recipes, but getting inspo for my own healthy recipes! I love all the colorful photos and bits of fitness inspiration sprinkled throughout the book.
OK so, I’ve been travelling a lot lately. Most for work, some for fun, but these packing cubes have changed the way I pack for my trips! I love that they keep my bag organized and clutter free — and as a notorious over packer — they allow me to take more than I may actually need. 😛 Even if you don’t travel very much, I still highly recommend getting some packing cubes, both compression and regular so that when you do have to pack it’s a pain-free process to get ready for your trip!
Well that’s all I have for you this week! I hope you enjoyed reading what I’ve been loving lately and stay tuned coming your way tomorrow! *Hint* it involves Dulce de le
